The 500GB RDX Removable Disk Cartridge from HPE is a durable, portable, and removable storage solution that combines the benefits of disk and tape storage. With a high-speed data transfer rate of 360 GB/hour (uncompressed data) using USB 3.0 technology, you can easily drag and drop, backup, and restore files. Designed for long-lasting use with over 5,000 load/unload insertions, this shock-proof cartridge is compatible with a wide range of servers and operating systems, and is interchangeable with any HPE RDX Removable Disk Backup System or other branded RDX backup systems.
The cartridge enables backups with standard Independent Software Vendor (ISV) or Continuous Data Protection (CDP) software, ensuring a complete backup solution that optimizes application availability and staff productivity. Easy installation is achieved by connecting the industry-standard RDX Removable Disk Backup System to a server or workstation, either internally or externally.
